Here is a very rare vintage 1960 massive Universal Geneve Polerouter Sub automatic winding dive watch. The shimmering steel case measures a whopping 41.75 mm across, maintaining the original upper/lower (bezel setting) winding and time-setting crowns. The movement is a special, micro-rotor winding automatic 28-jewel Universal Geneve, which was recently cleaned and overhauled. The dial is completely original with raised lume markers and pencil hands, having gold, gilt print with silver Arabic numerals on the (mildly and commonly faded) rotating bezel. This is an extremely rare and high-quality watch that was often used by the U.S. navy.
