This model of Swatch came out in the first year of production (1983) and this particular watch dates to 1984, but again, was a model that was introduced in 1983. This 33.5mm plastic watch was made for men, but is ideal for a woman as well. It is pretty cool to own a vintage Swatch, especially from the first year’s introductory collection. The Swatch saved the watch industry, as sales plummeted with all the mechanical watches from this era. This particular example displays essentially unused condition. The quartz movement has a new battery installed and is working perfectly.
