This is a 18k solid-gold ladies Baume & Mercier measuring 21.5mm across and fitting a 6.75″ wrist. The bezel and dial are encrusted with sparkling, authentic diamonds. The original crown is cabochon-tipped. The entire watch and bracelet is solid 18k gold. The battery operated quartz Baume & Mercier movement is keeping exact time. This was a very expensive watch when purchased.
