Description
This 18k solid-yellow-gold Patek Philippe Calatrava ref. 3468 dates to 1968, and at 33mm it seems larger than it looks due to the extremely narrow bezel and ‘mostly dial’ appearance. The original Patek Philippe winding crown is still present. This dial was expertly restored to perfection. The thin pencil hands are original to this watch. On the wrist, this is a truly elegant and classic vintage watch and sits quite slim at only 7.45mm. The caliber 23-300 Patek Philippe manual winding movement is exquisite and accurate after just being cleaned. The fine movement is adjusted to heat and cool, five positions with 18 jewels. These watches will continue to climb in value in my opinion.
