Description
This caliber 861 Omega Speedmaster has an original dial with matching hands and patina. The serial number being 29 million, dates the watch to about 1969-70 and this case back is the rare and sought-after ref. 145022-68 (dating it to 1968). I really don’t know if they made them out of the factory with this mix – but everything dates pretty close. The sea monster logo is still visible on the case back. The bracelet is the correct ref. 1125 with 633 end pieces. The bezel is correct for a 1970 and later Speedmaster. This bracelet will fit up to a 7 3/4″ wrist. This watch is accurate with all functions operating smoothly. The Speedmaster is extremely hot and steadily increasing in value.
