Description
This fine vintage 1951 Rolex ref. 6022 measures 34mm in stainless steel and even retains the original and correct no-screw-down ‘Super Oyster’ winding crown, which was only utilized for two years. The amazing part of this watch is the completely original gilt print glossy black dial with arrow markers and original radium lume. The hands are also correct and re-lumed long ago. The manual winding Rolex movement was just cleaned and is accurately keeping time. It is becoming so uncommon to find these early and original black Rolex dials. What a great-looking vintage Rolex.
