This 36mm 1978 Rolex Datejust ref. 16030 was just serviced by our Rolex-trained watchmaker and is accurate and clean. The serial number is 5.8 million. We bought this watch from the original owner’s family and their dad really did take care of it well. The original and valuable steel Jubilee bracelet by Rolex is not sloppy, but moderately tight. We decided not to polish the watch or bracelet, and keep it original – with all the steel still there. There are no major dings and on the wrist this Datejust looks great. The silver dial with gold-accented hands and markers is all original – very clean. This is an honest example of an all-original Rolex Datejust that is ready to wear for a lifetime more. These particular Rolex watches are the next to increase in value in my opinion.
