This is the cleanest Omega Seamaster ‘Midnight 60’ you will find worldwide. I coined the name ‘Midnight 60,’ which describes the deep midnight-blue coloured dial of this amazing-looking vintage Omega dive watch. This is also known as the ‘big crown’ Seamaster diver, due to the large (correct) screw-down crown on this Omega. This dial with a checkerboard outer edge is stunningly clean, as are the original steel hands. This 37mm case was near pristine when I acquired it. We had Omega bring the case back to the original factory specifications. This watch has sharp polished edges…it’s almost perfect! The automatic winding caliber 565 movement is the real workhorse for many of the Omega Seamaster diving watches from the era. This example has a beautifully cleaned and accurate movement with all new seals.
