Description
This 44mm Omega Mark II Speedmaster ref. 145.014 has an original racing dial and handset and looks spectacular. The entire watch was fully serviced by Omega recently and looks impeccable. The sparkling caliber 861 manual winding movement was just cleaned by Omega and is accurate with all chronograph functions operating smoothly. The Omega crystal is sapphire. I think the pictures say it all.
