Description
This is the largest size in the fine and oval-shaped vintage Rolex Cellini line of watches, measuring 24x34mm in the oval section, not including the lugs. This 18k solid-white-gold Cellini dates to 1974 and the case appears to be barely worn and is without any flaws worth noting. The 18k gold hallmarks are clear. The manual winding Rolex movement was just serviced and is accurate. This watch is only 5.75mm thin and appears very sleek on the wrist. The silver dial is all original and virtually pristine. The thin baton-style hands and markers lend a discreet and upscale look to this Rolex. The original sapphire crystal along with the raised-logo Rolex winding crown are both present. I think the Rolex Cellini line of watches are overlooked and undervalued.
