This 29mm stainless steel vintage Rolex dating to 1951 is truly stunning overall! The stainless steel Oyster case (ref. 3784) with original Oyster-patented winding crown is quite clean and truly ‘like new.’ These watches were smaller in size and mainly sold to the Canadian and British market in WW2 to soldiers going overseas. The jet-black bullseye dial has outer matte-black colouring and an intricate minute register with red 24-hour scale, pencil hands, and red sweep seconds. The caliber 59 (Rolex-signed) under the dial was just cleaned and is keeping time very well.
