Description
This is a very uncommon and rather large (35mm) Tudor Oyster Air-Tiger (circa 1950). I have never seen one with such a large Rolex Oyster case with pincer-like lugs! The dial and Dauphine hands are original. The lume in the hands was replaced at some time. There are some marks on the dial from where the hands once touched. I love the large, raised steel arrow markers and Explorer-style 12:00, 3:00, 6:00, 9:00 configuration. The manual winding Tudor (by Rolex) movement was just cleaned and is accurate. I’ve changed the band to a new plain black-leather option.
