1959 Tudor Oyster-Prince 34 Tuxedo

Description

This is an early and uncommon circa 1959 Tudor Oyster-Prince 34, known as the “Tuxedo,” with a very fine and all-original bullseye, pie-pan dial! The radiating silver, original, ribbed edges with gold-coloured markers and gold centre are in great shape! Notice the radium, Dauphine pitched hands and early Tudor rose insignia. This is an early and rare version of this particular watch with a shimmering stainless steel case, solid-gold bezel, and Rolex winding crown, with inwardly curved Bombe lugs are all in like-new condition! The caliber 390, Tudor (by Rolex) automatic winding movement was fully disassembled and meticulously cleaned. These movements were considered to be on par in quality with Rolex at the time and were the best quality automatic winding movements Rolex ever produced for their Tudor line of watches. These watches are very hot, with prices still low (in my opinion).
