Description
This is a very rare and seldom-seen Favre-Leuba Bathy 50 depth-gauge vintage watch from about 1966. This is a massive watch, measuring 40mm without the crown and very thick at 15.5mm. The original screw-down winding crown is still present, as is the turning bezel. The vibrant and beautifully balanced dial with red depth metre markings and white, wide minute register, original lume, baton and arrow hands, and red depth-gauge hand is all original! The manual winding Favre-Leuba movement was just cleaned by one of our best watchmakers and even waterproof and pressure checked, making sure the pressure capsule is functioning.
