Description
This is a very uncommon variety of Hamilton Electric watches known as the “Huguenin,” which measures 35mm across with exotic lightning bolt, original dial, and interesting steel hands. The vast majority of Hamilton Electric watches used their own movement, however, this Hamilton used the very accurate Landeron 4750, which because of the installation of a diode, stopped the arcing of the contacts, which was a major issue with Hamilton’s own movements. This watch was expertly serviced by Paul Wirdnam in December 2013.
