Description
This is a 1933 Hamilton 992 measuring 50.5mm and displaying very fine all-original condition. The gold-filled case is superb with no brassing. The sunken, original porcelain dial is without a hairline and is very fine. The original blued steel hands are present. The sparkling 21-jewel movement was adjusted to five position movement and is accurate. These movements are truly a work of art! Even the beveled-glass crystal is original. This crystal does have small scratches throughout, but since we bought it from the original owner who never changed it, we left it as is. This is an unmolested and prime example of an iconic Hamilton 992.
