Here is a 1975 Lip “Fridge” vintage (essentially unused) 28x40x13mm steel, rectangular case with original band and buckle! Roger Tallon, a French industrial designer, designed Lip watches in the 1970s and today are classic and iconic watches, even being revived in new versions. It is very rare to find an original Fridge as these are seldom seen! This example is like new. Roger’s designs remain fresh and modern, even in our era. He is famous for designing the French TGV high-speed trains in the 1970s, amongst many other recognizable conceptions. The Lip R53 movement was just overhauled by Paul Wirdman, the British electric-watch guru.
