This 1975 Mido automatic winding Multi Star gold-plated steel-back vintage watch looks fantastic! The 34.5x39mm case (12.5mm thick including the crystal) was gently worn over the years and the watch sparkles with no major dings or scratches, and only a few marks on the stainless steel back along with a nostalgic inscription. The gold dial is pristine, having matching baton hands and markers along with day/date aperture with quickset feature. Notice the original, signed Mido winding crown. Many watchmakers prefer the quality movements in Mido more so than Rolex and Omega! This case back was too tight to open for us and we didn’t want to risk scratching the case. This Mido automatic is keeping excellent time!
