Here is a massive 45mm (13.3mm thick) Mortima dive watch with sapphire, bubbledate crystal, inner rotating bezel, and inexpensive 21-jewel manual winding movement. The chrome case with steel back looks fantastic! We just had the movement cleaned and it is accurate.
