Here is a 1940s ref. 6020 30mm (boys size) stainless steel Rolex Oyster. The 10.5 lignes, hunter-style manual winding Rolex movement was just cleaned and is quite accurate. Notice the perfectly re-done dial with pencil hands and sweep seconds. Note the Super Oyster crown, which was only produced by Rolex for two years. The stainless steel case with Rolex Oyster screw back glistens without scratches! These boys-size Rolex Oyster watches were designed for soldiers going overseas in WW2. Their smaller size allowed the soldiers to fight whilst not banging the watch. These Rolex watches are becoming harder and harder to find in clean condition!
