Description
This is a WW2-era Royce watch purchased from Europe and commonly worn by soldiers in WW2. The 33mm stainless steel case has an all-dial appearance and sprawling lugs. These are smaller-sized watches – not large, as most of these WW2-era watches were. The manual winding Swiss, Royce movement was just cleaned and is accurate. This completely original black dial is a fine example of Art-Deco styling, with large, thin, art-deco numerals and thin, modern-style hands and sub-seconds. This is a discreet watch that exudes true vintage styling.
