This is a highly sought-after vintage 1973 Bulova Snorkel Devil Diver in spectacular all-original condition. The very fine 42mm stainless steel case looks amazing and has a nostalgic 1974 inscription on the rear. Only in 1973 was the word Oceanographer omitted; making this a rather uncommon variation of this watch. The original dial with prominently raised markers, red quadrant markings, pencil hands and lollipop sweep seconds and day/date display look fabulous. The original signed Bulova crown is present. The original red and black bezel is usually found marked-up from use – this one is very clean. The automatic winding Bulova movement just received a full service and is running accurately. I have installed a red rubber strap which really compliments this famous watch. If you do a google search, you will see that Bulova has re-issued this watch new. I have priced this lower than many recent sales of the same watch in much worse condition. You are going to love it!
