This is a very rare 1970s vintage Universal Geneve having an elongated, heavily gold-plated case, with a stainless steel signed back measuring a sleek and thin 22x37x7mm. I do not know of any other examples available on the net; making this a UG collector’s dream. The original dial is simply stunning to gaze upon; tiger-eye with white Roman numerals and interesting crazing that has occurred from the lacquer ageing. There is no wear in the case. The manual winding, fine quality UG movement is keeping accurate time. This watch is very long and thin and demands attention. You likely won’t find another.
