This is the Cartier Tank Américaine 18k White Gold Automatic Winding Mechanical Watch, measuring 22.5 x 41mm. This is a relatively large and heavy solid-gold men’s watch that is rarely found in white gold. The watch has just been fully serviced by our watchmaker. The Cartier watch is reference 1726, which is quite uncommon in white, as it is usually seen in yellow gold. The entire watch is in excellent condition overall with only micro-scratches and includes the original 18k-white-gold buckle and blue-tipped cabochon crown. The band is a new (generic) crocodile strap. Given their scarcity and desirability, these watches are likely to appreciate in value over time.
