Don’t let the name fool you, as this is a very desirable and collectable vintage, circa 1974 Seiko. This Seiko 7005-8052 Diver is known as the “Poor Man’s 62MAS”, due to its similarities to the ’60s version. The 39mm stainless-steel case looks excellent and is without major dings or scratches. All parts are original on this watch; as compared to many that are restored with aftermarket pieces you will find online. The original dial and hands look amazing. The bezel shows more marks in my photos than are visually evident when viewed in person. The automatic-winding caliber 7005A movement was just serviced and woking perfectly. When you see this watch on the wrist, you will be quite pleased. We purchased this watch here in London, Ontario Canada, from the original owner. We have priced this very well.
