Description
Here is an early and rare 18k gold Omega produced in 1916 with a great-looking original porcelain dial having a red 24-hour scale, sub-seconds, and hands. There is minor and usual crazing in the dial, which is not visible with the naked eye, and only in our close-up pictures. The original Omega case, being 18k gold, is rare to find! We usually only see 9k gold in these cushion-style 31x32mm cases. The gold case has gold wire lugs and a 22mm supple lizard band attached. This 18k gold case has not been polished away, all the detail remains! The manual winding Omega movement was cleaned and is accurate. This is an Omega-collector’s dream!
