This is very rare Rolex nurses’ watch from the 1920s! This is the finest and also largest of all the nurse watches we have ever encountered. This one measures 32.3mm across in a British hallmarked sterling-silver, Rolex-signed, hinged original case! The sunken porcelain dial is incredibly not cracked – bright white and vibrant with red 12, red cross, and sweep seconds. Even the winding crown is likely original. The blued steel cathedral-style hands are original. We installed a vintage pig-skin band that completes the vintage look. We are simply not finding vintage Rolex nurse watches preserved like this anymore.
