This 1920s Rolex is a watch no one else you know will be wearing. The manual winding movement is signed “Unicorn,” which was a trademark name owned by Rolex. The manual winding movement by Rolex was just cleaned and is accurately keeping time. The case is signed “Chester,” which is also a Rolex trademark name. This octagonal case measures a fairly large (for the era) 25.5mm across and displays fabulous overall condition. This gold dial has a sunburst pattern and is all original, including the blued steel hands and sub-seconds. Even the onion-styled crown is original. These early 1920s Rolex watches were often not signed on the dial, so this watch is a completely correct and original Rolex Unicorn.
