Description
This is a very early 18k solid-white-gold ladies Rolex cocktail watch that was given to employees who worked at Eaton’s department store (in Canada) for the duration of 25 years. This particular watch, with handcarved filigree and hinged case dates to 1923 and houses a very fine Rolex manual winding (cleaned) movement that has six adjustments. Notice the nostalgic inscription on the inside case. The vintage stretch bracelet is made of steel and suits the watch. The dial has taken on a gentle patina over the years and looks quite good. The original blued steel hands are still present.
