Here is a very rare circa 1927 ladies Patek Philippe 18k solid-white-gold hinged-case cocktail watch measuring a dainty 13.5x25mm. This is a small watch, as most were from this era. The dial is still quite easy to read. We installed a vintage steel stretch bracelet that compliments the watch perfectly. The dial may have been restored many, many decades ago. Notice the lovely art-deco designs applied to the dial. The original blued steel hands are present. The Patek Philippe manual winding movement, like all Patek movements is exquisite, just cleaned, and operating accurately. We are simply not finding these very early Patek Philippe cocktail watches often since they are extremely hard to find!
