If you are looking for a vintage watch that has character – you found it. This is a late-1930s 14k solid-gold Doxa men’s watch measuring 33mm, but looking larger due to the wide and stepped bezel. Look at the amazing circular lugs and sunken winding crown. The original dial is stunning, with reflective 24-hour track, original lume, and blued steel pencil hands. The fine manual winding Doxa movement (accurate after a recent cleaning and overhaul) is protected with a dust cover. There is a scratch on the case rear and a tiny split in the case that really does not affect the seal or integrity of the watch. The dial has some fading on the extreme outer edge near 8:00 but is barely visible in person. This early Doxa has solid-gold fixed lugs. This vintage gold watch would look great on a man or woman.
