1930s Rectangular Rolex Genex

Description

This 1930s rectangular Rolex is also marked Genex on the restored dial. Genex was a registered name owned by Rolex and marketed under this name in the 1920s and 1930s. This dial was dual named but very faded, so it was restored as it looked prior. The 20x40mm 14k white-gold-filled case is properly signed “RWC” (Rolex Watch Company) and the hand is decorated with a filigree design. Only in my close-up (brightly lit) pictures does the wear appear in the top corner – in person, the case looks fantastic. The manual winding Rolex movement was just cleaned and is accurate.
