Description
This is an early, rare, and interesting 1938 vintage Omega housed in a large 35.2mm three-piece Omega stainless steel case. The manual winding sweep seconds movement (just cleaned and overhauled) is very fine, early and accurate. This dial was restored faithfully, maintaining the original print, colour, style, and retains the original blued steel hands. Notice the original (unsigned) Omega winding crown. Omegas from the 1930s did not have signed crowns. This watch looks quite large on the wrist. It is quite uncommon to find such an early and fine-looking steel Omega!
