This is a 1940 gold-filled Gruen having cylinder-shaped lugs measuring 33.5x33mm with a very clean original dial having Breguet-style numerals. The manual winding movement by Gruen was just cleaned and is accurately keeping time. Vintage Gruens offer that true vintage look that many seek.
