This Gotham stainless steel 1940s chronograph is a mid-size, measuring 34mm across in stainless steel, having flat pushers and is without major dings or scratches and is housed in the original box! The manual winding high-quality and uncommon Valjoux 92 movement was just cleaned and overhauled with all functions operating smoothly. Look at this dial! The black dial is signed “Gotham Gothameter” and is truly wonderful to gaze upon! The Gothic-style lettering conjures a ‘batman-like,’ other-worldly vision in the mind. The original dial is enhanced with gold lettering and retains its original pencil-style hands. Please note that the case, dial, movement, and original box are all signed and original to the watch. This watch is enhanced with a fine calf-leather band that perfectly suits the dial in every respect.
