Description
This is a vintage 1940s rectangular Elgin that offers quite a bit of wrist presence! The 17x38mm elongated case is highlighted with a black dial having raised markers and gold, gilt printing. The original gold-filled, full length bracelet is very fine and has a sliding fliplock clasp. This is an elongated and narrow watch – it is not large and is ideal for a man who enjoys the vintage look, or a lady. The case back is stainless steel. The manual winding Elgin movement was just cleaned and is accurately keeping time.
