This vintage, and correct 20×27.5mm 1940s Rolex housed in a mid-sized (smaller) gold-filled signed Rolex case with stainless steel case back is in very fine shape! Please understand, in the 1940s, these Rolex watches were generally small. This men’s watch would suit a woman quite well. Please don’t purchase this if you do not like a smaller-sized watch. The Rolex dial with sub-seconds is expertly restored, whilst retaining the original raised gold-toned Arabic numerals and design. The manual winding (signed) Rolex movement is original, cleaned recently by our watchmaker, and is keeping accurate time. Often, these movements are signed under the dial, but this one is signed on the outer side.
