Description
This 1940s 14k solid-yellow-gold Rolex is a small and dainty cocktail watch measuring 13.5mm across and 23.5mm lug-to-lug. We installed a very vintage and fine-looking gold-filled adjustable bracelet that has a sliding buckle. To release the buckle, just gently squeeze the wide section at the end. This Rolex dial is original with natural patina and retains the original blued steel hands and raised, gold-toned Arabic numerals. The Rolex movement is correctly signed “Rolex” under the dial, as most of these Canadian-version Rolex watches were. We just had our Rolex-approved watchmaker clean this movement, to provide many years of accurate timekeeping. The 10k solid-gold case is signed Rolex and is original to the watch.
