Here is a rare, small, and dainty 13x27mm 1940s 18k solid-rose-gold ladies cocktail watch made by Rolex and includes the original Rolex box and service receipt from Van Cleef and Arpels. We have never seen such an interesting case such as this on a ladies Rolex! The lugs fan out, creating a dramatic appearance on the wrist. The original glass crystal remains. Our Rolex watchmaker has just cleaned the manual winding Rolex movement and this watch is keeping accurate time.
