Description
Here is an all-original and 1940s boys-size military Tudor shock-resisting manual winding watch with an all-original and uncommon black, 24-hour military dial having Arabic numerals, seconds register, original blued steel pencil hands, and original red sweep seconds. I am always amazed to discover a new version of these Canadian-version Tudor watches and this is another ‘first-find’ example. The original gold-plated (smaller) case measuring 29mm is signed “TUDOR” and has a stainless steel screw back, which is similar to the Rolex Skyrocket and Victory from the same era. The Tudor, manual winding movement was recently cleaned and is accurately keeping time. This is a very neat military era vintage Tudor that rarely is found.
