This 1945 Rolex Bubbleback ref. 2940 is a real eye catcher! The 32mm stainless steel case is sparkling and scratchless! The California dial was refinished and changed to Roman numerals in a sepia tone. This was an expensive re-dialing process that we feel is the best in the world, since it used two separate dial artists! The Mercedes hands are original and refinished to match the exotic dial. The original sepia-toned sweep seconds completes the look. The original and rare Rolex Oyster winding crown operates perfectly. The automatic winding Rolex NA movement was just overhauled and cleaned.
