Description
This is a fine example of a vintage Rolex Viceroy in stainless steel and measuring 30mm. These watches do look a little larger due to the case shape. The Viceroy (ref. 3116) is becoming hard to find these days, especially having an original dial and sword-style hands such as this amazing-looking example. The correct Rolex Oyster early winding crown is installed. The manual winding Rolex movement in this watch was just fully serviced, shimmering and accurate. I love the patina this dial has adopted. I wear these smaller Rolex watches often as they do strike up many conversations. You can tell your friends these particular Rolex watches were often worn by soldiers going overseas in WW2.
