This 28×42.5mm art-deco Hamilton Piping Rock is an iconic vintage watch. This circa 1948 vintage 14k solid-gold watch displays stellar overall condition. The enamel bezel with inlaid gold is pristine. The dial was perfectly restored. The solid-gold case is very clean with only the tiniest nicks. The original manual winding caliber 747 17-jewel movement was just professionally serviced and is accurate. Hamilton named this watch after Long Island’s exclusive country club “Piping Rock.” This watch does not look tiny on the wrist, but elegantly pops with vintage flair!
