Chronometer-grade Omegas are highly sought after, as few were produced. This accurate automatic winding caliber 343 Omega bumper automatic movement shimmers after a recent cleaning. The 18k gold Omega case displays excellent condition overall. This watch really reminds me of a Patek Philippe Calatrava in its balanced appearance.
