Description
Here is an uncommon, oversized (36mm ) triple-date moonphase watch made by the Eloga Watch Co., dating to the 1950s! The signed, Eloga stainless steel case is quite uncommon for a complication of this sort – very large, with inwardly curved lugs, which draw many eyes! The manual winding complicated movement is also signed Eloga, was just overhauled, cleaned, and is keeping excellent time with all functions working like silk! The top (side adjuster) adjusts the month when pushed gently, and day-of-the-week when pressed slightly harder, whilst the bottom adjuster manipulates the date and when pushed slightly harder, the moonphase. The dial was perfectly and faithfully restored to its bright, original look, while retaining the original moonphase disk. The overall condition of this fine complication is superb.
