This vintage Gruen ladies cocktail watch really stands out due to the large size and quality of the six dazzling diamonds on the lugs – not to mention the glittering diamond-encrusted bezel! The solid-gold demure case is 14k white gold and has a vintage unused old-stock metal matching band. The case measures 14.5x37mm lug-to-lug. We purchased this fine watch from the original owner and it even retains the original box and papers. This 1950s vintage Gruen cocktail watch just had the Swiss movement cleaned and it is accurately keeping time.
