Description
This 1950s Gruen Precision automatic is an oversized watch measuring 30x44mm lug to lug. This watch appears larger on the wrist due to its square shape. The dial has been restored at some time in the past and retains the eccentric gold-toned markers. The sword hands are steel and may have been replaced at some time. The case on this Gruen looks fantastic with the large, bulbous lugs. The Gruen automatic movement was just cleaned and is accurate. It is becoming hard to find large vintage watches from this era.
