Description
This is a fine, oversized 1950s IWC (International watch company Schaffhausen) in solid, 18k gold measuring 36.6x44mm. Notice the simple, classic lines that this watch exhibits. The legendary manual winding caliber 89 IWC movement is keeping time very well. The dial was cleanly restored while retaining the original stick hands and raised gold markers. Notice the grasshopper-style lugs. This case has not been overpolished. These IWC watches are considered to be one of the most classic-looking of all vintage watches and this is accurately keeping time.
