This is an unused 1950s Lord Elgin vintage watch from the 1950s that is from a jewelers unsold stock that has been stored since the 1950s! We purchased a number of these unworn watches. It really is amazing to find new-old-stock watches such as these. The pristine gold-filled case measures 21.3x35mm and still retains the original and unscathed glass, curved crystal. The silver, original dial with stick hands and sub-seconds is original and clean. We just had the sparkling Lord Elgin movement cleaned and it is accurately keeping time. We replaced the band shown in the picture with a similar colour (new) as the stitching has come apart.
