This 1950s 14k solid-gold ladies Lusserna is an oblong and very attractive vintage watch with a Swiss-made (just cleaned and accurate) manual winding signed movement and Roman-numeral dial with blued steel hands. The dainty 14k gold case measures 12×22.5mm and is fitted with a vintage gold-filled band.
